    You’ve had unique experiences and you’ve also likely struggled with things that many of us do. You are not alone. You will feel seen, heard, and validated, and become even better at doing that for yourself.

  • growth-focused

    Growth and resistance go hand-in-hand. You will decide on actions to take towards where you want to grow. I will help with accountability in a way that feels supportive to you. At times, I may challenge you if I notice a pattern or mindset that might be blocking your progress.

  • Collaborative

    These sessions our yours, in service of your goals. And I will be with you. When appropriate, I may ask for consent to share personal experiences that might help you on your journey. See FAQ section for how coaching is different from therapy.
